I did “Grace” on Friday in 4:36 using 75#. I practiced 95# clean and jerks afterward, so I know I can move that much weight around. I will have to decide whether or not to use 85 or 95. Hmmm….I think I will consult my trainer. 🙂

I’m glad to see the comments on posts picking back up. The holidays were a bit quiet.
