A follow-up program for those that attend our CrossFit Intro session. Class includes a group warm-up, movement introduction and practice, and a workout.
During CF Foundation classes, we determine your current physical capacity, introduce the basic movements utilized during our workouts, and teach you how to perform each movement safely and effectively. Classes will also cover topics such as warm-up and mobility drills, nutrition for weight loss and performance, recovery techniques, and keeping a training log.
