CROSSFIT MONTGOMERY CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday: 5:30am**, 11:30am, 4:45pm, 5:45pm

** ONLY the 5:30am class requires a reservation; members reserve through WODIFY; guests reserve through an email at least 24 hours in advance (coach@crossfitmontgomery.com).

Saturday: 10:00am

Sunday: Closed

December 25th = CLOSED

December 31st = 5:30am and 11:30am ONLY

January 1st = CLOSED

At home workouts will be on WODIFY for Christmas and New Years

Closed for Rest Day ~ Sunday is “Rest Day” at CrossFit Montgomery.

Recovery is just as important as training. Your body needs time to replenish energy stores and repair damaged tissues. Recovery includes, but is not limited to: rest, sleep, hydration, good nutrition, stretching, self-massaging (using a foam roller), massage/bodywork by a professional, and chiropractic care.
