Jennie will be getting there early to warm up the barbells. 🙂 Please be sure to dress warmly, wear a hat and gloves, because it will be very cold. We’re talking about record-breaking temps cold. Right now it’s 15 degrees outside with a wind chill of 0 and the temperature will not be going above freezing until Sunday afternoon. We won’t be doing a metcon WOD, so you will not be shedding too many layers during the workout.

Nice Kelly! I didn’t intend to workout today because I did a strength WOD last night. When I lost 20 pounds, I lost 20 pounds on my deadlift max and have not been able to get back to 205# since my knee surgery. The most I’ve been able to lift since my knee surgery is 185 until today. I worked my way up, 5 pounds at a time, from 170# to 200#. I was not at my best today; therefore, I am very optimistic about my 2010 goal, which is to be able to lift 275 by December 31.
