I used 135# and should have gone heavier because I went through them quickly each round. I was able to do 17 kipping HSPU before I fatigued. Then I was doing them 3, 2, 1 at a time. As with most of the Girls, I have a love-hate relationship with Diane. It took me 15:12.

It was exciting to see some many people doing the HSPU on boxes. Kudos to everyone who made it out (which was everyone)! 🙂
