Conditioning

then,

Pick 1-4

– Pigeon Pose, 2:00/side

– Couch Stretch, 2:00/side

– Saddle Pose, 2:00

– Dragon Pose, 2:00/side

then,

Foam Roll Quads, Glute, Hamstrings
