You can bring doughnuts if you’d like. But I would not recommend eating anything before you do the Tabata Row.

I did this workout last night. I finally conquered my psychological fear of the deadlift and got a new PR on my 1RM. Yea!

I really need to run today since I didn’t over the weekend. (PFT coming up in a month). So if I come in, it will just be for the deadlift portion of the workout.
