Pete and Chris did “Fight Gone Kettlebell” this morning. They picked their own poison and chose five of the following movements: press, one-arm swing, snatch, SDHP, squat clean, and row. 17 minutes and you’re done!

Bodyweight Deck o’ Cards had the evening groups sweat’n!
…..and queasy! 😉
