– 50 KB Swing
– 400m Row
– 40 Air Squats
– 300m Row
– 30 Wall Ball
– 200m Row
– 20 Box Jumps

CJ … again you amaze me… I will need 10 minutes to Row 1400m alone. It is a good thing I didn’t make it to the gym this morning, I might still be there.

I have a dream….and that dream is that it’s April 1st which means the work craziness is over. Crap, it was just a dream! I’m probably going to be sporadic this month unfortunately.

This morning WO was awesome!
Completed in 14:38! I’ll shoot for 12:00 next time. It’s a little hard getting going in the morning.

I want to do this again.
