* 2 Wall Walks after each set of calories

P1: 15 Cals, 2 WW, then P2 does 15 cals and 2 WW, etc.

Conditioning

With a Partner, until 100 Wall Walks have been completed:

P1: 15/12 Calorie AAB

P2: Max rep Wall Walks
At the 10:00 mark, stop and rest for 5:00.

At the 15:00 mark, continue where you left off.

Pairs switch when biking partner completes their calories.
