Box Squats – 250# x 2 for 8 sets

Split Squats
– 135# barbell x 5 w/ 12″ box under back foot.
– Two 16kg KBs x 5 w/ 16″ box in back and 12″ box in front.
– Two 20kg KBs x 5 w/ 16″ box in back and 12″ box in front for 3 sets.

Good Mornings
– 135# x 3
– 225# x 3
– 245# x 3
– 265# x 3
– 275# x 3
