Vicki & I have both been sick this week, but we’re getting better. I hope to come get some of this one tonight!

I did have a pretty good WOD in the hotel in ATL on Sunday;

Warm up-run 16 floors of stairs x 2

Then, 10, 9 8……2, 1 of
Hanging “L” raises
35# dumbell snatch (L)
35# dumbell snatch (R)
Dumbell chest press (45#)
Time – 12:27

I just may make it to the gym tonight, though my shoulders and chest are extremely sore from Tuesday and Wednesday my legs are looking forward to the workout.
