Front Squat
– 5 Sets

Repeats
– 4 x 400m

Run 400m (or row 500m), rest 1 minute between rounds. Try to maintain the same pace for all four rounds, within 3 or 4 seconds of your first time.

Front Squats 3 reps/set
95, 105, 115, 125, 135
Yes Jennie, they were full squats (I think)!

~500m row (Monitor is broke)
I’m guessing 55-60 strokes per 500m
Total time: 9:22

That would be 1:36 per 500m, while possibly, I’m guessing unlikely…I’m not David nor Ed!
