Now that WOD is just mean! I hope to see ya’ll Saturday AM (if I can roll my butt out of bed after being gone for over a week and spending Tuesday night in the ATL airport then seminaring Th & F). One more seminar on M & Tu the seminar season is over. After that IT’S ON!!!

Why want anybody ever let me spend the night in an airport?

Kelly and I still aren’t in a house/rental, so the weights and rower are in storage.

Josh, if they let you sleep in your silk teddy in the airport, then they would have to allow everyone else to do the same. We could not have that 🙂

150 air squats and 150 situps, how do you feel? I can send you some bodyweight and/or minimal equipment workouts if interested. What equipment do you have available for workouts?
