We going to do the “Engine 13” workout today?

My only concern is my thumb and the pulling portion, but I think it’ll work…

OKAY I have me leg warmers and i’m ready to go.

I’ll pass on the press though!

I look forward to completing 4 rounds in the AMRAP. I’ll do Engine 13/firedrill too.

WOW … WTG Ed… I got 8 rounds + 4 situps. I’m using CJ as my motivation too.

I’m very upset about this development and I promise I’ll work that much harder to see it never happens again, Ed.
