– Air Squats (1 minute)
– KB Swings (2 minutes)
– Rower (3 minutes)
– KB Swings (2 minutes)

Awesome, in Gwen’s little book of dirty workouts 🙂 If you sub the rowing with jump rope you have a workout you can take with you.

Five minutes of warmup and five minutes of cooldown, done in 20 minutes. How can people say they don’t have time to workout?

people will say anything that they think you will accept/believe. I made a girl drop and do 25 burpees on the playground at school once AS she was saying she wanted to train with me but didn’t have time. 5mins just fell from the sky. What do you know? What do WE know, right? ;o)
