2009-11-25 WOD

30 Minutes, on the minute do:
– 5 Pullups
– 10 Pushups
– 15 Air Squats

Note: Perform 8 situps in placeĀ of pullupsĀ if you are doing this one at home and do not have access to a pullup bar.

Completed all 30 rounds doing JPUs and modified pushups. I am not going to lie….it was painful. But I got to the 20th round and had not rested so I figured I should push through ’til the end. Now that I have done 450 air squats I am going to go sit in a car for 8 hours. Sunny Florida, here we come…

Very impressive Jennie! I ended up skipping rounds 10, 14, 18, 22, 25 & 29 for a total of 24 rounds.

Ouch.
