Didn’t finish the deck. Bonked out. Got to find a happy medium between puking and letting my blood sugar drop into single digits. Will be better prepared next time.

I’m so depressed I missed this! This is one of my favorite workouts – in the I hate this kind of way. 🙂 I spent Veteran’s Day pulling military duty – that’s ironic.

I did Deck o’ Cards with B, who did the workout twice. He-so-crazy! 😉 We finished in 16 minutes.

Hamstrings are sore too after being dealt a second round of cards! At least half a deck anyway.

Not looking to break off a big time on PP/SU… just finish!
