The WOD for today was going to be Deck of Cards. However, when we walked outside this morning and experienced this fantastic weather, we changed it to Nancy. Enjoy!
The evening groups will be doing Nancy, weather permitting.
Cardio Queen scored a 19:31 (b/c of the icky weather I had to substitute a 500m row for the 400m run…sadly)

I rowed as well and did 55lb. OHS – Time: 21:12
I think it took me twice as long to finish my last round of OHS as previous rounds because I was trying not to hyperventilate. Whatever the opposite of cardio is…well, that’s me! 😉
Kelly, David changed the “C” in “Cardio” to a “K” for “Kelly.” So if you’d like, you can start signing your posts as Kardio Kelly or Kardio Queen. 🙂
Great “Nancy times” by all today! If you want to practice overhead squats more, instead of doing air squats in your warmup, use a PVC pipe and do overhead squats.
“Killer” Kelly . “Super Sandi” was hitting it hard this morning too! I bashed my head against the underground wall this morning & it was hard, as it should be. BTW David, the sandbag on the tire was the perfect touch!
I dont even remember what I did last night but my shoulders are talking to me about it this morning. By afternoon, I’ll tell’em to shut up n quit their B*!@$#.
