I skipped the lift to give my quads some rest after doing Nancy last night. But I did the KB Swing finisher (a total of 200 Swings), using a 20kg KB and had 30 seconds to spare each minute. That was the second time I have used a 20kg for swings.

I also practiced double unders tonight. I finally figured out how to do them. The most I was able to string together was four double unders with two single skips in between. I didn’t want to stop because I was afraid I won’t remember how to do them the next time. 😉
