We had one member participate in the morning WOD yesterday. Four a.m.-ers that did Tabata Something Else were taking a rest day. 🙂

We had two people new to functional fitness join us for the evening workouts. They rocked the deadlifts and sprinted away! One member lifted and rowed, while another tackled the UGS workout from Monday.
