I was one of three who took on the UGS today. I went as Rx’d. I used a 12kg on the kettlebell clean & press and rows. I did 15 rows each round. I am new to ring pushups and ring rows, so I did 4 reps of each per round. I experimented with the tire harnesses, using the shoulder harness for two rounds and the waist harness for two rounds. I attempted the knees-to-elbows as best I could. I wasn’t wiped out when I was done. I felt as if I were stronger when I finished….maybe that’s just psychological. 🙂
