Announcement
Will are implementing Wodify for workout tracking and membership management. Wodify will replace our current payment system. Warm-up

Coach’s choice hip and shoulder mobility.
2 x: Warmup #1
– 5 Pullups
– 10 Pushups
– 15 Air Squats
250m row before each round.

Weightlifting
A: Back Squat (5,3,2,1,1,1)
5, 3, 2 reps for warmup then find your 1RM in 8:00.
B1: Weighted Pull-ups (5 x 2 to 3 Reps)

B2: Ring Dips (5 x Max Reps @ 30X1)
