I’m confused. When did belching become a Crossfit exercise? If you want me to burp 10 times in all 6 rounds, we better be chugging 15 beers before, instead of doing KB swings.

HAHA! I get so tickled when I see a word/exercise I’ve never heard of…if people could only picture what goes through my mind….thank God for Google.

it’s the push-up and jump from the plank to your hands repeated basically. Everything about the burpee except for the stand and clap part.
