Tabata Circuit
Three Rounds:
– KB Swing (2 x 20/10)
– Situp (3 x 20/10)
– Double Under (4 x 20/10)
– Rest 30 Seconds

This was an awesome workout! I hope we do it again or something similar.

The double unders were the hardest for me after doing the swings and the situps. Of course my second and third rounds of double unders were pitiful. Ha!

I love working out with the morning crew and getting my workout done for the day.

I’m coming tonight I’ll be quick I’ll do some kind of warm-up on a break before, and spend a few mobilizing when I get there then do it rq.

nvm I have to do something else for mom tonight–Hopefully I can do this saturday!
