Trainers David, Jennie, and Cody will be doing their Jingle Bell Run reps for dollars tonight at The Boneyard around 7-ish. Be there to cheer them on.

Thanks to all those who donated! We raised $471 for the Arthritis Foundation.

Jennie will be doing a combination of 111 handstand pushups and burpees. David will be doing a combo of 73 muscle-ups and handstand pushups. Cody will be doing a combo of 53 muscle-ups and burpees.
