I just twisted some arms into doing burpees, muscle ups, and handstand pushups for Arthritis, so pay up! 🙂
For every dollar you donate to Cody (starting now) for the Jingle Bell Run by midnight on Friday, he will do one muscle up or one burpee.
For every dollar you donate to David (starting now) for the Jingle Bell Run by midnight on Friday, he will do one muscle up or one handstand pushup.
For every dollar you donate to Jennie (starting now) for the Jingle Bell Run by midnight on Friday, she will do one burpee or one handstand pushup.
So here’s your chance to get back at your trainers. I’m sure you want to…especially after seeing you guys do that Rowing/Wall Ball WOD this morning. Hee! Hee! Thanks to Karen and Tony at CrossFit Genius who gave us the idea.
You can either give your money to Jennie and specify which trainer it goes to or you can donate online. We will be keeping track on the UGS white board and providing updates on the website and Facebook.
We will be doing all of the muscle-ups/burpees and handstand pushups at one time. The date and time is TBD.
I currently have $50. So whatever I raise minus 50 is the number of burpees and HSPU I must do. P.S. Remember that you have to buy Christmas presents for your loved ones. 😉
