I did the starting strength this morning and then an 8 minute version of this AMRAP. I got 9 rounds + 2 burpees with a 12kb ‘bell. This is a fun one! I need to save this one for a “travelling with my ‘bell” workout.

I did the 8 minute AMRAP again with some of the evening folks and got the exact same number of rounds and reps. Weird! Like I said, I love this workout! 🙂
