As painful as this was, I actually really enjoyed it!
I enjoyed watching most of you experience a UGS WOD for the first time. They are my favorite workouts – excpept for the want-to-gorge-myself-crazy-on-any-food-I-can-get my-hands-on feeling I get afterward.
My favorite part of the evening was when I switched the Pandora station from Justin Timberlake (which I had switched to as a joke) to another and everyone (including several guys) were like, “Oh, man!”
