This was as a fun one! I did it this morning before the morning crew. I decided to scale to 55#. I realized after my second round that it was a brilliant idea! Forearms and wrists go on this one… When you have to start breaking up the rounds, I recommend you do 6 hang cleans, set it down to recover, and then finish the round. If you need to add a second break, you can do it in between any of the presses or before the thrusters.
