Quote of the Day
(accompanied with a photo on Facebook)
Jennie: “Okay guys, do the stretch one more time. Alex, just be careful not to slip in your own sweat.”
Troy: “That’s not something you’d hear someone say at Gold’s.”
*laughter*
Jennie (to Alex): “It’s probably not safe to have that extension cord so close to you.”

The pipe is half-full of water and weighs 35#… seems easy, right?
Yeah, you try! 😉
Kudos to the morning crew! Most of them have never done tire and sandbag work, or alligator pushups, or twisted situps, or figure 8’s. I believe Cary and I were the only two out of this morning’s a.m.-ers that have done UGS workouts before. The twisted situps and figure 8’s were a first for me! I LOVE UGS. It makes me feel and look stronger! I enjoyed working out with you guys! I hope the rest of you enjoyed the workout.
David and I love introducing new movements to members.
PM-ers did not disappoint. They never do. 🙂
Way to push yourselves!
On a side note, it’s exciting to see more beautiful and strong ladies at The Boneyard!
