– 10 Overhead Walking Lunge -Right (45#/30#)
– 7 Burpee
– 10 Overhead Walking Lunge -Left (45#/30#)

I’m happy there aren’t any 30lb kettle bells, plates, or dumbbells in the gym.

Oh but there are, check the rack and you will see some shiny new 30# dumb bells. Or you can go with the 16kg kettlebell.
