2010-07-17 Open Gym

Saturday Instruction:  The Kettlebell Snatch

Saturdays are open gym from 9:00 a.m. until noon. You can come in to work on specific movements, particularly ones in which you need practice and further instruction. We will have a WOD that you can do or you can choose to do a WOD that you missed this week.

Congratulations to…

CJ, who got his first muscle up this morning…

Kelly, who PR’d on all three CrossFit movements (Back Squat, Standing Press, and Deadlift)…

Sam, who increased her CrossFit Total from 575 to 610! That’s a 215# Back Squat, 100# Standing Press, and 295# Deadlift!!!

Way to go guys! Hard work and consistency pays off!
