Yeah, I’ll be there – assuming I can walk after the 6/21 workout. 🙂

Actually standing is fine. sitting is fine. it’s the standing up and sitting down process that is problematic.

I Tababta’d or something…

20 on 10 off – 8 Rounds
Pushups – Low of 6
Situps – Low of 10 (new high)
Squats – 15 (new high)
KB presses – 8 (with 16kg)

I’m gonna actually do what ya’ll do one of these days!

Sorry to miss this AM – was up too late packing. Test was no fun this AM, but got in 100 (froggy) burpees before and the WOD after at base gym…fun fun fun! Anyway thanks again for the coaching and I’ll be back next summer; possibly in Feb too – they’re supposed to let us know if we can do that. Have a good summer!
PS what’s the jump rope website again?
