It’s sitting down that will be a problem. 🙂 Actually standing is fine. sitting is fine. it’s the standing up and sitting down process that is problematic. I Tababta’d or something… 20 on 10 off – 8 Rounds Pushups – Low of 6 Situps – Low of 10 (new high) Squats – 15 (new high) KB presses – 8 (with 16kg) I’m gonna actually do what ya’ll do one of these days!
