And for those of you who have access to a jump rope…

“In an effort to bring the best possible coverage to the AL/MS/TN Sectional, Russell Berger and his team have decided to stream it live over the Internet. Best part is, it’s free.”

“Live stream of the days events for anyone who wants to catch some of the competitors in action, and twitter updates all weekend long can be found through the following links…”

Update from the Sectionals:

Day 1 is over. Day 2 is about to start. The live feed plan was scrapped because the wireless at the site was blocking it. The results can be accessed here: http://scores2010.crossfit.com/scoring/alabama-tn-ms

David is in 44th place (out of 70) which is awesome considering he was sick the whole day. His fever peaked on Friday night. Christina had a superb performance and is in 1st place (out of 21).

Th WODs for today are posted here: http://games2010.crossfit.com/qualifiers/altnms-sectional-results.html
