– 10 Double Unders
– 15 KB Swings
– 20 Jumping Pullups

What kinda weenie workouts are ya’ll doing? ; )

I just finished one of the workouts ya’ll posted last weekend:
5 Rounds
20 pushups
30 situps
40 air squats

Good news – I did 100 real pushups and I think I gained my first ab muscle!

Bad news – It took an astonishing 17:53 (terrible I know).

I tried to do Annie, like Ed did, but I couldn’t get her to come to my hotel room in Athens, GA…oh well! ; )

Weenie?! If you think today’s WOD is a weenie WOD then I’ll show you a weenie workout next time you come in! 😉

Congrats on the getting your first ab muscle, only 8 more to go… Ha!

Have you done that workout before? If not, then how would you know it was a terrible time? As long as you kept moving and did your best… You know you’re addicted when you workout on vacation. 🙂

I don’t even know what to say about the Annie comment. But I do know you’d really enjoy “Kelly.” LOL!

– Run 400 meters
– 30 box jump ( 24″)
– 30 Wall ball (20#)

Please tell Kelly that David and I wish her luck! I hope it’s going/goes well. Do you guys have snow?
