Josh and I did the Strength WOD tonight. I think my max floor press was 80# but I can’t remember. I used a 12kg on the KB press. I tried a 16kg twice but could only get 3 strict presses out of it. I used the red band and did tactical pull-ups. I did 70# on the first set of rack jerks and 80# for the last four sets.
Hey Josh, I’ve added water balloons to my grocery list. 😉
After last night, you can probably take 1 or 2 bags off!
I’m coming in a full body cast tonight…
First time doing floor presses. 275#, failed attempt at 295#. Maybe could have done 285#, next time.
KB Press – 24kg x 5 first round, 32kg x 5 for the next four rounds.
Weighted Pullups – 20# x 5 for 5
Rack Jerks – 185# x 3 for 5
