I used 70-80# for the push press. I think my time was 11+ minutes for the metcon.
David reminded me to breathe through my nose when I row. But it was after the workout and after I coughed my lung up. I’ll be glad when it warms up a bit.
After the workout Josh said, “I guess you hate wall ball.” He assumes I hate wall ball because he beat me. Turd! 😉
I started my 30-day fitness challenge today, so I had to do 36 burpees to catch up. Fun! Ha!
I got up at 5:30 this morning, but when I saw that the outside thermometer read 20 degrees I went back to bed! I hit the bike trainer this afternoon & did 4 x 2 min on, 2 min off. I discovered that yes, trainer intervals hurt!
