CrossFit Embrace in Dothan is hosting a one-day Garage Games Series event for individuals and two-person teams similar to our Pound For Pound on Saturday, June 23. Memorial Day is a day of rememberance and reconciliation. Many observe this day by visiting cemetaries and memorials and spending time with family and friends. Join us at The Boneyard on Monday at 4 or 5 p.m. to spend time with us and a hero – Lt. Michael “Murph” Murphy – to honor our fallen military members. Note: The Boneyard will be closed on Saturday, May 26, with the exception of the 9:00 a.m. Public Safety Personnel class. We will have an altered schedule on Monday, May 28. Classes will be at 4 and 5 p.m. only. Foundations will meet at their regular time: 6:30 p.m.
