– 400m Run
– 40 Situps
– 400m Run
– 30 Pushups
– 400m Run
– 20 Pullups
– 400m Run
– 10 Burpees

Evening Peeps: If it’s raining, you can choose to run in the rain (as the morning crew did) or sub the 400m run with a 500m row.
Then there’s always the UGS WOD… 😉

We began transforming The Boneyard into a Winter Wonderland yesterday at the decorating party. We’d like to thank both Chris K’s, Christy, Jof, Armando, Mica, Griffin and Tina for lending a decorating hand. We have more to do, so let Jennie know if you are in a decorating mood after you leave it all on the floor at the gym.
