Five rounds for time:
– 400m Run
– 25 Pullups
This was the third WOD at the 2010 CrossFit Games AL/MS/TN Sectional. You can get a taste of what 41Fitness trainer David Sumner and friend Christina Van Der Hulst experienced.

Who wanted a taste? I didn’t want a taste. Did anyone ask for a taste? I’m sure I didn’t ask for a taste. Thanks! This looks like a 35 min workout for me.
Oh, you know you want a taste! You’ll be thanking us as soon as you finish. If you were running, it might take you 35 minutes. But because of you are still in recovery, you will sub a 500m row for each 400m run.
I expect you to bring it as usual! See you tonight! 😉
I could stand a taste, but I can’t eat THAT much!
19:25. I only did 15 pull ups per round and my arms still felt like jelly.
I was accused of cheating and I’m not happy about it!!! So what if my dog pulled me…I wasn’t on roller blades ; )
Josh – at least we know what to get you for your birthday. A pair of those heelys skate shoes. 🙂
I only did 15 Pullups too, if it was 25 I would still be there.
Kelly I think he was wearing heelys
Josh next time you pull the dog and that will even it out.
No respect…It was my fantastic “Pose” running!
Pose?! LOL! The only person who did “pose” running last night was David when he was instructing.
I don’t think you were cheating….because I saw Bailey picking up the slack on the leash by holding it in her mouth when you came back from each of the runs. BAAAhahahahaaha 😉
