He started with 1:14 sprints and ended with a 1:17 sprint! 400 meters is more of a marathon than a sprint to me, but I am a fool whichever way you slice it. We had a ladies’ night tonight….with Sam, Kardio Kelly, Kelly D. and Jennie….all very strong women! Of course David was there too. Congrats to David who did Helen for the first time in 5 months.
