This is a deceiving one! It doesn’t look that tough until you’re in the middle of it and losing seconds of rest on each minute. You can ask the four people who did it last night. 🙂
Yep, it hurt. I was doing 7 burpees & 7 PP @ 65#. I managed to finish all 15 rounds, but I was losing time. If it had been 20 minutes I wouldn’t have made it!
I knew you would kill this one. Sorry I missed it. WARNING: I am working on a lower body version of this type of workout. Maybe next week 🙂
