Remember, that’s 10 jumping lunges PER LEG!!! Better you than me!
We can modify this workout (and any of our workouts) in various ways for those who are unable to do 50 jumping lunges per leg.
Today’s travel WOD: 3 rounds for time of run up stairs (22 stories), run down stairs (22 stories). Time – 17:11. Ouch. Might have been worse than jumping lunges!

Kudos to you Ed! I’ve done the stairs a few times before in the RSA Tower where I work, except it is 24 floors which is over 60 flights, but I took the elevator back down. 🙂 I still think jumping lunges are more evil! Ha!
