We can scale the weight on the power cleans and modify the ring dips. Come have some Friday Fun at the Boneyard!

I was going to come tonight but now something’s come up. 🙁

I am still in this thing even though I didn’t make it in this week I swear! Bad week for me, but I did do Wednesday’s WOD at home at least, and I’ll be sure to do something over the weekend to stay warmed up…
