Time to climb the mountain; I’m all in!

Where I’m at “right now” does not have the KBs BUT I’ll figure something out.

I miss CF Montgomery!

Monte, we did this workout on a cruise with dumbbells once. I got bruises on my shoulders and wrists which looked great with my sleeveless dress at dinner with the family and friends.

Just be sure to hold your breath as long as you can during each set. Hee hee! That would be a short WOD.

16kg KB… managed to get all 1–>10–>1!
And, I think it took me over an hour, to get it finished! Ahhh, how I love CF!
