Our very own Chris Katechis PR’d on back squats and he is doing pullups without the band. I think he can do anything he sets his mind to. Great work and keep it up Chris.
Here’s some more footage from last year’s Garage Games. Registration ends Jan. 28! Volunteers are still needed. And not just certified trainers – they need data entry, weight changeover teams, WOD check-in people, parking attendants, arsonists for the fire pits, etc. 🙂
