This was a WAY cool workout!!!
I’m glad you liked it, Monte. It’s one of my faves – David’s creation. I am happy to say I was able to do it this evening. I got 7+5 rounds – 135# DL, kipping HSPU, 20kg bell, and 20# slam ball. I was surprised I was able to do most of the pullups and HSPU unbroken. It was the deadlifts and lunges that slowed me down.
