This WOD was is butt kicker!!!
Is this a standard Tabata of 20 seconds on/10 seconds off for 8 cycles and the 1 minute of rest is in between movements?
My trap muscles are clearly feeling my hang cleans from yesterday. But it’s a good kind of sore.
