Those attending our Foundations Class last night were assigned a last-minute finisher…help Cody move his truck that broke down to the back parking lot. This was after they received instruction on front squats and cleans, and did a workout!

The evening group brought it too. Blake and Alex were neck and neck crossing the finish line on the last 400m. Good competition pushes you to do better. Good work guys!
